Richardson Sheffield are a long established housewares brand, now part of the Amefa Group.

Since 1839, Richardson's have developed a rich heritage for producing innovative and functional kitchen knives and tools. In the mid 1900's they developed the first knife storage systems and various other innovations including Laser blade edge technologies and accessories.

We have worked closely over a number of years to help Richardson's scope and develop a range of sub brands which allow the business greater diversification and market opportunity.

Understanding how we cook and use housewares products informs our process when designing kitchen tools. We use research clinics to help identify habits, cultural trends and lifestyles which shape the way we cook, eat and entertain. We use these insights, as well as market research and user mapping to seek new potential areas of product development.

Each sub brand respects the rich manufacturing heritage of Richardson's to develop beautiful products with appropriate functional benefit.
