Waters Corporation are a leading name in the production of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry laboratory equipment.

Their instruments have enabled significant advancement in healthcare delivery, environmental management, food safety and water quality. They are used by pharmaceutical, life science, biochemical, industrial, academic and government organisations working in research and development, quality assurance and other laboratory applications.

Since 2002 we have worked continuously with Waters. Collaborating closely with their engineering team, we have helped develop a succession of new mass spectrometers.

Our long term partnership has led to an integrated approach that delivers innovative and robust design solutions that have a user centric focus. The results of the work have been recognised by the American Society for Mass Spectrometry and Design Week Awards.

Working closely through the decision and development stage has given us a unique understanding of the products operation and use, allowing us to suggest and deliver animations to support the instrument launches at shows and webcasts.

These animations provide a quick snap shot of key benefits and technologies. They consistently score highly in marketing analytics.

We have also introduced Augmented Reality based applications that allow Waters to showcase their technology and provide training tools for new users. The iOS based app when viewed through an iPad recognises the instrument and augments the flow of ions through the product exploring each stage of the detection process.
